Virginia Arribas is a specialist in gender mainstreaming in climate change, engineering, urban planning and energy projects, among others. A civil engineer with more than 10 years of experience and a postgraduate degree in Gender and Equality Policies, she combines both training and experience to ensure equity, participation, and benefit of women in development projects. She currently works at CIEDUR (Interdisciplinary Center for Development Studies of Uruguay) in the area of Development and Gender.
