Russell Funk is an associate professor in the Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship group at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Before joining the faculty at Minnesota, he earned his PhD in economic sociology at the University of Michigan. His research has appeared in leading journals, including Nature, American Sociological Review, Management Science, Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, and Administrative Science Quarterly.
