As the Waste Strategy Manager for Cummins Inc., Louise Norman leads the development and execution of the company's waste reduction program. This includes overseeing innovative projects focused on returnable and reusable packaging, process waste reduction through improving material efficiency, recycling, life cycle analysis and elimination of single use plastics. Louise has been with Cummins since 2014 and holds a BSc degree in Environmental Science from the University of Manchester in the UK.
