Lisa Sachs is the Director of the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment(CCSI). Since joining CCSI in 2008, she established and now oversees the three areas of focus for CCSI: investments in extractive industries, investments in land and agriculture, and investment law and policy. She has developed a robust research portfolio in each of these areas, and has overseen advisory work in Mozambique, Guinea, Tanzania, Malawi, Namibia, Paraguay and Timor-Leste.
