Ilona Blahovska is an Associate Programme Consultant at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) where she specializes in research and coordination activities for Capacity Development, Statistics and Industrial Policy Advice units.
In 2023, she supported the organization of the inaugural edition of UNIDO’s Multilateral Industrial Policy Forum (MIPF), established to enhance industrial intelligence and policy capacity development in Member States. Before commencing her role at UNIDO, her professional experience included governmental, academic and private sector organizations, in both Austria and the Russian Federation. Blahovska holds a Master's degree in International Development from the University of Vienna.
