Frank Hartwich is Research and Industrial Policy Officer at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). In his previous work he focused on delivery of technical assistance services in the areas of agroindustry, rural innovation and agri-food value chain development on three continents. Lately, his work centers around development and implementation of industrial policy and industrial value chain analyses projects with a strong focus on building analytical capacities among policy makers and analysts in national and local governments.
